Return & Exchange Policy: We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange your products for something else in our store. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
We do offer an extended return window between 30-60 days, but there is a 20% restocking fee for this process.
Returned and exchanged products must be in the like-new condition you received them and in the original packaging—no exceptions. Please note that any washed items will not be accepted for money back.
*Due to health regulations, we are not able to accept any products with animal hair or bodily debris on them. When testing products for sizing on you or your animals, we recommend placing a thin sheet or towel underneath to avoid dirt and debris.
*Due to the importance of hygiene, we do not accept returns of our socks. Though we discourage exchanges, we will accept sizing exchanges only if we are contacted within 10 days of product delivery.

Warranty Policy: We warranty all of our products for 18 months from the original date of purchase. Warranties are limited to products purchased new—We cannot warranty used products or products that were purchased through an unauthorized dealer.
If a product is damaged and requires repair, we will repair the product completely at no cost. To exercise this warranty, we require proof of purchase (a copy of your original receipt from us or an authorized dealer). Please contact us at info@benefabproducts.com with this information and your requested repair. Once received and approved by Benefab®, you may send in your product(s) and we will repair them and ship them back to you at no cost. Any products sent back for returns MUST be cleaned prior to arrival. Due to the nature of our machines, we cannot and will not work on any products with visible debris or dirt build up. If dirty products are sent, you will be charged additional fees for cleaning. The standard turnaround time for repairs is 4-6 weeks.

*If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we will do your repair at a flat $25.00 (as long as it isn’t too extensive of a repair). You will ship the product to our warehouse at your cost, we will then repair and ship it back. You can email info@benefabproducts.com with any questions.
