Celebrating Valentine's Day With Your Dog

Feb 05, 2021
Celebrating Valentine's Day With Your Dog

February is here and love is in the air! Our four-legged friends are always there to listen to us and snuggle us when we need it the most. They give us love every single day, so Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to show them just how much we love and appreciate them. The more affection and care you give your dog, the happier they will be. We want to share some ideas for how you can spend your day with your best friend.

  1. Make time for some one-on-one play time in the yard.
  2. Go on a long hike or walk. Hiking is fantastic exercise and a perfect way to enjoy nature with your pup.
  3. Let them pick out a new toy! Let them explore the store and take their time picking out the perfect toy. They will be so excited to take it home and start playing.
  4. At home spa day! - This may not be the best choice if your dog is not a fan of the bath, but for those that don’t mind getting wet, a nice, warm, sudsy bath can be special!
  1. Arrange a playdate with a buddy.
  2. A doggy Massage. A gentle massage from their favorite person is a great way for you to help your pup relax and feel pampered.
  3. Make a homemade treat! Try this easy one! >>> Frozen Apple Dog Treat

Ingredients:

2 apples

1 Cup Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt

Water

Instructions:

  1. Slice 2 apples into small pieces but remove the seeds and the core.
  2. Mix the apple slices, yogurt, and a splash of water in your blender and blend until you get a liquid consistency.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for a few hours or until hard. You can put the left over treats into a Tupperware container and store them in the freezer.

However, to give your dog a little extra love, incorporate Benefab into their daily routine with our Canine Comfort and Care Shirt or our NEW Comfort Suit. Benefab’s products are designed to work with your dog to promote healthy body function. Both are Lightweight, breathable 4-way stretch poly/spandex that is infused with minerals that emit therapeutic FAR-infrared rays to keep muscles, joints, tendons, and ligaments supple and relaxed. The Sleeves are used to provide therapy for front legs and shoulder joints.

The Shirt eases anxiety, promotes blood circulation, and increases oxygen flow to soothe pain and stiffness. In conclusion, the compression shirt increase mobility, relieves joint pain, due to age, inflammation, or trauma. Above all, pampering your dog is a wonderful way to show him how much you care, but ultimately, the best way to do that is to spend some quality time with him. He loves you unconditionally and that is all he asks for in return.
